Snow Removal

(Excerpt from Township Ordinance #21) 

An Ordinance for the purpose of prohibiting the removal of snow or ice from private property and depositing same on public property; and to provide for the public peace, health, safety, and general welfare of persons or property therein.

  Sec. 2 Ice and Snow-Depositing on Public Property.   No person shall remove any snow or ice from any private property, including any private driveway, road, or parking area, and deposit the same in or upon any public property, including streets, sidewalks, cross-walks, ditches and gutters.
