PROPOSED PROJECT

The Hampton Township Downtown Development Authority (“DDA”) is currently doing a beautification project along the Center Avenue corridor from the Bay City limit live at Livingston to the end of the commercial businesses at Hampton Towne Center.

Work has begun on Phase I of the project from Scheurmann Road to Powell Road.

All overhead wires have been  run underground, new light poles have been installed and sidewalks are being poured on the North side of Center Ave.

Phase II (Powell Road to the Hampton Towne Centre Mall Entrance) and Phase III

(from the  City of Bay City Limits to Scheurmann Rd) work will be started after the completion of Phase I.
