NEW DEVELOPMENTS

The Village of Hampton Meadows, a Senior Living Community, is under construction on N. Pine Road, between West Ridge Road and West Youngs Ditch Road on approximately 3.4 acres.

•   A two-story 45,732 sq. ft. HUD 202 congregate apartment building for seniors 62 years of age and older who meet the income requirements.

•   Fifty 540 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartments cable-ready, with wall-to-wall carpeting, emergency call system, individually controlled heating and cooling, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator/freezer and stove.  Specially designed apartments for mobility-impaired residents will be available.

•   Also available will be a kitchen-equipped community room, lounge areas, and library/computer room.

Ground breaking ceremonies took place July 31, 2006, and construction of the complex began in spring of 2007 and is expected to be completed within 12-14 months.
