*A recently enacted state law entitled the Unified
Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, now requires that any Site Plan Approval
or Special Use Request for the Planning Commission or Zoning Board of
Appeal request to be published in a newspaper of not less than 15 days
prior to the hearing and mailing to all property owners and/or occupants
within 300 feet of any particular property to be considered at the
hearing.
Because of these changes in procedure, we require that
all Appeal applications be submitted thirty days prior to the scheduled
meeting date.
