Hampton Township formed its Downtown Development Authority ("DDA") in 1988 under the authority of Act 197 Public Acts of 1975.  

Members are appointed to staggered four year terms by the Supervisor subject to confirmation by the Board of Trustees.

Current project: Center Avenue beautification.
