Construction on Center Ave

This notice is to inform our residents who travel the Center Ave. corridor about the ongoing construction project.

Construction (installation of new water & sewer lines and resurfacing) on Center Ave - from the corner of Livingston St. west to Johnson St. (in the City of Bay City) has begun.

MDOT has stated that this project will  run through October.  Center Ave is open to allow for car traffic to all businesses (Livingston Street will be kept open for thru traffic. Scheurmann will be also be open for car thru traffic).

We are asking for you to please be patient with construction and remember that our business area will be open to car traffic. (It is of utmost importance for us to continue to patronize and support our local businesses during the construction project.)
